Each refurbished natural stone fireplace is fully inspected and comes with a full warranty. We use a grading system to indicate the condition of the fireplace.

  • Grade 1: non-original or damaged packaging  
  • Grade 2: barely visible manufacturing defect or damage
  • Grade 3: visible manufacturing defect or damage
  • Grade 4: clearly noticeable manufacturing defect or damage

Any doubts? Contact our customer service and we will show or explain why this fireplace has been classified as non-A grade.

New electric or bioethanol fireplace

With this refurbished natural stone fireplace, you receive a completely new electric or bioethanol insert fireplace.

 For the L built-in unit with a bio-ethanol burner, there are minimal assembly actions required (5-10 minutes).
