    Each refurbished electric fireplace is fully inspected and comes with a full warranty. We use a grading system to indicate the condition of the decorative fireplace.

    • Grade 1: non-original or damaged packaging  
    • Grade 2:  barely visible manufacturing defect or damage
    • Grade 3: visible manufacturing defect or damage
    • Grade 4: clearly noticeable manufacturing defect or damage

    Any doubts? Contact our customer service and we will show or explain why this fireplace has been classified as non-A grade.

    Every bioethanol fireplace has a closure mechanism for extinguishing. For extra safety, a separate extinguishing plate is supplied as standard.

    Returning this product is at your own expense.

    Advice: Keep the packaging of your electric or bio-ethanol fireplace. If we have to provide service on this device, it will have to be sent to us, packaging material is required for this.

    We advise you to use a non-combustible material such as Promatect or something similar for your DIY project!
