What can you expect from a refurbished Xaralyn fireplace?

Our refurbished collection consists of so-called B-grade or second-chance fireplaces. These models may have minor deviations, such as slight damage, opened packaging, or having been displayed in a showroom or at a trade fair. In some cases, they are returned items. Importantly, these fireplaces are technically in perfect condition and often barely distinguishable from new ones.

Each fireplace is carefully inspected and tested before being offered again, ensuring it is ready for immediate use.

Full warranty, no risk

With Xaralyn, choosing refurbished also means choosing certainty. You receive a standard 2-year warranty, just like with a new product. We also clearly state the reason for the discount, so you know exactly what you are buying.

These models are not always available in the showroom. Would you like to see a specific fireplace in person? You can easily schedule an appointment in advance. Collection from the showroom is also possible.

Why choose refurbished?

A refurbished fireplace is a smart choice in many ways. You benefit from attractive discounts of up to 50%, while the functionality remains identical to a new model. Additionally, you make a sustainable choice by giving a product a second life and preventing unnecessary production and waste.

All fireplaces are technically sound and thoroughly tested. Any imperfections are purely cosmetic, such as small scratches or minor paint damage. Within the refurbished collection, you will find various models, including electric fireplaces, bio-ethanol fireplaces, built-in fireplaces, freestanding models, wall-mounted fireplaces, and separate burners or surrounds.

Returning refurbished fireplaces

You can also return refurbished purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days. The fireplace must be returned in its original packaging.

If additional signs of use occur during use, a reduction in value may apply. This also applies if a bio-ethanol burner is returned with visible signs of use.
