If you order this test cassette, you pay one amount consisting of:

deposit - you will get this amount back
€50.00 shipping and repackaging and cleaning costs - this amount is non-refundable

Keep the packaging in case the Cassette has to be returned
Use the water vapor fireplace only as described in the instructions
Treat the Cassette as if you have borrowed it from your best friend
Be careful with the decorative wood set
Complete the test within 30 days

If the Cassette is not returned within 30 days, it will become your property. You do not need to do anything else.

If the Cassette is returned within 30 days, we will go through the following steps:

As soon as the water vapor Cassette is returned to us, we will check the condition of the product
Damage will be charged
You will receive the amount paid (deposit) for the Cassette minus €50.00 costs
