Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive payment information from your bank or credit card company.

For this, we use your email address, phone number, billing address, name and address details, and payment information. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until the order is completed. Certain customer data is retained longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data mentioned above from us.

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment method(s). Payment must be made to Klarna.

Pay after delivery
You can find more information in Klarna's terms and conditions. General information about Klarna can be found here. Your personal data is processed by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as described in Klarna's privacy statement.

Your account
At certain parts of our webshop, you need to register first. You must provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will create an account based on this, which you can log in with using that username and a self-chosen password.For this, we use your email address, contact details, billing address, and phone number. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until you delete the account.We retain this information so that you do not have to enter it repeatedly and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Contact form and newsletter
With the contact form, you can ask us questions or make requests. For this, we use your email address. We do this based on your consent. We store this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. You can also indicate this through your account. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your consent. This information is stored until you cancel your subscription.

We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

    - we no longer need the data, but you need them to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or
    - you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR;

Filing a Complaint
If you believe that we are not assisting you correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This authority is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority
